Who I Am

A clinician who has
been in the room

As a licensed clinical social worker and couples therapist in Israel, I had the privilege of walking alongside couples, parents, children, adolescents, and adults through seasons of conflict, transition, and growth. Whether facing everyday challenges or profound relational pain, I believe healing begins when people feel deeply seen and genuinely understood.

My work has taken me across public mental health clinics, family therapy centers, parent–infant psychotherapy, and specialized programs for fathers. I completed advanced training in Couples and Family Therapy at Tel Aviv University and received specialized training in Child–Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) through the Haruv Institute.

Those experiences shaped not only my clinical skills, but also the way I work today. I know that no two people — and no two relationships — are the same. Rather than offering formulas or quick solutions, I bring curiosity, honesty, and deep respect for each person's story. Together, we create a space where difficult conversations become possible, old patterns can shift, and lasting change can begin.

Because I believe our relationships — with our partners, our children, and ourselves — are where life's most important work happens.

What I Offer

Areas of focus

All services are offered as consultation and relational coaching. Sessions take place in a private office on the Upper West Side, or online via secure video.

01

Couples

For couples facing communication difficulties, recurring conflict, life transitions, or a desire to deepen their connection. Drawing on structured evidence-based models and years of intensive couples work, I help partners find new ways to hear — and be heard by — each other.

Individuals

For adults navigating relationship challenges, life changes, parenting stress, or personal growth. Whether you have recently relocated, are managing a difficult season, or want to understand yourself more clearly — I offer a thoughtful, non-judgmental space.

Parenting & Fatherhood

Specialized focus on the transition to parenthood, co-parenting dynamics, and the often-overlooked experience of fathers. I have dedicated years of clinical work specifically to fathers and parent-child relationships, including facilitation of therapeutic fathers' circles.

Co-Founders

Building a company together tests a relationship the way few things do. Long hours, high stakes, and blurred lines between friendship and business can turn small disagreements into lasting rifts. I work with co-founders and business partners to unpack what's really driving the conflict, rebuild trust, and set up a way of working that can carry the weight of what you're building.

How I Work

A relational, depth-oriented approach

My practice is integrative — drawing from attachment theory, systemic family therapy, and psychodynamic understanding. I believe in slowing down, paying attention to what's happening between people, and creating the conditions for genuine change.

Attachment-informed

Most relational struggles have roots in our early experiences of connection and safety. Understanding these patterns — without blame — opens new possibilities for how we relate.

Systemic & contextual

I look at the full picture: culture, family of origin, roles, and the relational field between people. Problems rarely live inside just one person.

Present-focused

While the past matters, our work centers on what is alive right now — the patterns, emotions, and dynamics showing up between us in the session.
