Who I Am
In Israel, I worked as a licensed clinical social worker and couples therapist for over a decade, supporting couples, parents, children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of life challenges — from everyday conflict to deep relational rupture.
My training spans public mental health clinics, dedicated family therapy centers, dyadic parent-infant work, and specialized programs for fathers. I completed advanced studies in couples and family therapy at Tel Aviv University (2022–2025), and hold specialized training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) from the Haruv Institute.
Originally from Israel, I have recently relocated to New York City — to the Upper West Side, steps from Central Park. I now offer consultation and coaching services here, bringing the same clinical depth to individuals and couples navigating life in New York. Sessions are available in both Hebrew and English.
I believe that our relationships — with our partners, our children, and ourselves — are where life's most important work happens. I approach every session with curiosity, honesty, and genuine warmth.
What I Offer
All services are offered as consultation and relational coaching. Sessions take place in a private office on the Upper West Side, or online via secure video.
For couples facing communication difficulties, recurring conflict, life transitions, or a desire to deepen their connection. Drawing on structured evidence-based models and years of intensive couples work, I help partners find new ways to hear — and be heard by — each other.
For adults navigating relationship challenges, life changes, parenting stress, or personal growth. Whether you have recently relocated, are managing a difficult season, or want to understand yourself more clearly — I offer a thoughtful, non-judgmental space.
Specialized focus on the transition to parenthood, co-parenting dynamics, and the often-overlooked experience of fathers. I have dedicated years of clinical work specifically to fathers and parent-child relationships, including facilitation of therapeutic fathers' circles.
How I Work
My practice is integrative — drawing from attachment theory, systemic family therapy, and psychodynamic understanding. I believe in slowing down, paying attention to what's happening between people, and creating the conditions for genuine change.
Most relational struggles have roots in our early experiences of connection and safety. Understanding these patterns — without blame — opens new possibilities for how we relate.
I look at the full picture: culture, family of origin, roles, and the relational field between people. Problems rarely live inside just one person.
While the past matters, our work centers on what is alive right now — the patterns, emotions, and dynamics showing up between us in the session.
I do not believe in passive observation. I engage, I ask, I challenge gently. Clients often describe my style as both supportive and honest.
